Forgot your password or want quick access without one? Use KG9999's OTP login — the safest and easiest way to get in.

• Select the "OTP Login" tab.
• Enter your registered mobile number.
• Click the "Send OTP" button.
• A 6-digit code will be sent to your mobile within seconds.
• Enter the code in the box and click the "Verify & Log In" button.

The OTP code is valid for 60 seconds. If it expires, use the "Resend" option.

What to Do If You Forget Your Password

Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form. Enter your registered mobile number or email. We'll quickly send you a recovery code or link. Set a new password and log in.

The recovery code is valid for 15 minutes. For your security, do not share it with anyone. No KG9999 staff member will ever ask for your password or OTP.
